Intuitive? Bioenergetic? Interdimensional? What!?

Years ago, just the word metaphysical was a little scary to me. I didn’t know what it meant and I certainly didn’t understand how it applied to all the weird stuff that seemed fall under that rather giant umbrella.

Like a lot of people, I was afraid of it simply because I’d never heard about it–it wasn’t familiar. And, to be quite honest, a lot of it seemed kind of silly and dumb. Still, I had to admit that the people who were into it seemed to be a lot less stressed and happier than I was. So, I swallowed down my smirk and started exploring.

I always wished for a basic class that would have given me a safe space to get a general overview of the different areas and modalities–what they’re called and what they are supposed to do–and let me ask questions without feeling stupid. So, I’m providing that class!

Here are some of the topics we’ll cover–and that you can ask questions about. We’ll even do a couple of exercises with mindfulness and feeling energy to give you a little hands-on experience.

Meditation–What is it? We’ll do a short exercise on mindfulness
Guided Visualization–We’ll do a brief guided visualization for relaxation
Energy Work–Reiki, Quantum Touch, etc.–You’ll get to make an “energy
Peppermint for headaches and mental alertness!

Tapping (EFT)–You’ll get an overview of my own Rant, Release & Revise Technique
Essential Oils & Aromatherapy–You’ll get to check out a few and learn what they do (No products available, but I’ll share thoughts on brands and such)
Chakras & Meridians–What are they, are they blocked or open and why do I care?
Grounding–I’m on the ground, isn’t that enough?
Intuitives–Medical Intuitives, Psychics and Intuitive Healers
Mediums–Messages from those who have crossed over. If you haven’t seen Long Island Medium on TLC, you need to.
Crystal & Stone Energies–Crystal examples to see and touch, and you’ll even get to take home your own special crystal!

Past Lives & Regression Hypnosis–An overview and clues as to how past lives may be at work in your own life as well as how to access your own Higher Self for information.

Depending on time and interest, we can touch on a wide variety of topics. Some of these were really scary to me, particularly Tarot and Palm Reading. I always feared something bad was coming!
