Regression Hypnosis is a separate service that is only done in person. I trained with world-renowned regressionist Dolores Cannon and am certified in her Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. The unique aspect of this approach is that after we explore past lives, we move to a deeper level and access the Higher Self, Spirit Guide, Angel or higher realm awareness. You make a list of questions ahead of time that I can ask for you during the session. These questions can be about anything that you need to get clarity, understanding or guidance about. Just imagine that you have the opportunity to talk to someone who knows absolutely everything there is to know about you, what you’ve done in the life and all others, what goals you set to accomplish, who you agreed to meet and how you’re doing with all that. You have that opportunity, so ask away. You will only be given information that is helpful to you at the time and never more than you are ready to receive.
People use regressions for many different reasons:
- To explain a strong feeling of connection to a person or place or even skill that they have no conscious understanding of
- To uncover and resolve memories from this lifetime
- To discover how experiences from past lives may be affecting their current life, health and relationships
- To get guidance on a job, relationship, move or change of some kind
- To get clarity on life purpose, highest and best path
The whole idea of a regression thing seemed very scary to me at first–I like to be in control at all times, thank you very much! Now, I see it as a guided opportunity to connect with that higher aspect of myself in a deeper way than I can on my own. Quite frankly, I get messages all the time, but sometimes I just need to hear things in English! Regression is a fabulous way to do that and to boost your own conscious connection to higher awareness and guides. It’s also relaxing!
Typical sessions are from 4-6 hours, which includes a consultation and coaching as appropriate before and after the regression. A digital recording of the regression dialogue is provided (bring a flash drive or I’ll make you a CD).

Most Intuitive Coaching sessions will include some form of energy work–or several–however, sometimes the primary focus needs to be on energetic healing. There may be a specific physical issue that you need immediate relief from, such as back or neck pain, or it may be a more general feeling of being tired and rundown. Whatever the case, we’ll focus on what you most need in a session and allow the energy to work–sometimes in ways that will really surprise us.
Energy work is easily done over the phone or online during a session. If you’ve never experienced distance energy work, you may be astonished at how it can work. In reality, the limitations we put on energy and healing are based on our own limited understanding. Once we experience the shift in energy, it shifts our awareness, which increases our ability to receive energy and heal. It’s a vicious cycle–in a very good way!
